Precautions for operating pressure vessels
Pressure vessels include all closed vessels that are subjected to fluid pressure loads. Pressure vessels are the main equipment in the petrochemical production process. We must pay attention to the following points when operating pressure vessels:
1. Pressure vessel operators must have a safety certificate before they can work. If abnormalities occur during work, they must report in time. During operation, we need to do: smooth operation; prevent overload; emergency shutdown.
2. Pressure vessel operators must be familiar with the process, structure, performance and other knowledge of the product, learn to deal with small accidents, and make careful records.
Many factors can cause accidents in pressure vessels, such as inspection and repair, incomplete safety accessories, and chaotic technical management. Operators need reasonable operations to ensure the safe operation of pressure vessels and reduce accidents.
